Whether you are an enlightened amateur or an interested beginner, a budding astronomer or a confirmed expert, you are invited every summer by the best scientists, passionate fans of astronomy, to take a plunge into the universe!
On the program, you will find throughout the week lectures on current astronomy and workshops for beginners and more advanced participants led by professionals, along with sessions of nocturnal and diurnal observation and activities for the general public on village squares.

Workshops for children (starting at 5 years), juniors and teens: sessions of initiation and observation of the sun and the sky.

Situated in the mountains in the middle of a preserved environment, far from all forms of atmospheric and visual pollution, Haute Maurienne Vanoise has long attracted astronomers, who found here the sites and conditions favorable to the observation of the sky. This natural attractiveness gave birth to the idea of creating a festival on the theme of astronomy.
