Who can participate?
Mountain climbing alternates walking on glaciers, climbing, and mixed itineraries with snow and rocks. For the easier climbs, experience with ice irons is necessary. For more difficult climbs, a certain amount of endurance and technical mastery are necessary.

Other climbs require a higher technical level with a perfect mastery of glacier and rock climbing. In Haute Maurienne Vanoise, you will also find a summit or rock wall to scale: Grande Casse (Couloir des Italiens), Grande et Petite Ciamarella (north face), Levanna Centrale (southeast pillar)...
