In Haute Maurienne Vanoise, it's impossible to be bored, and for parents, that's wonderful news! A wide range of original and instructive propositions are offered to little explorers.

Hiking on the Poachers' Trail, via ferrata, climbing, mountain biking, canyoning, high ropes adventure...

Most of the sports or creative activities are available in a junior version.

 Promenades and hikes

 12 promenades from 1 to 2 hours long starting from villages or very accessible sites.

 Themed trails to stimulate curiosity while walking, itineraries from 1.5 to 3 hours: botanical at Bramans, tree farming at Sollières-Sardières, forestry at Termignon, forts at Val Cenis, nature at Bessans, interpretation of the countryside at Bessans and Bonneval sur Arc.

 Hiking with an animal:
• Donkey rental and supervised walk at Bessans. 
• Cani-rando: hiking with huskies, children from 8 to 12 years.

 Seasonal services:
• All-terrain stroller and baby-carrier rentals at Termignon et Val Cenis.
• Ski lifts open Mondays at Termignon la Vanoise, at Val Cenis on Wednesdays and Thursdays and at Bonneval sur Arc once a week.

 Themed family outings with mid-mountain guides: observation of marmots, ibex, fauna, flora, alpine farms...

  Outdoor activities

 Via ferrata
• Angelots, starting at 6 years (1.5 hours) and Diablotins, starting at 9 years (2 hours) at Avrieux (10 to 15 mn from Bramans), d’Andagne at Bonneval sur Arc, starting at six years.
• Supervised outings with material included.

 Climbing (starting at 6 years); initiation sites at Termignon, Val Cenis Lanslevillard and Bessans, supervised outings with material included.

 High ropes course: one children's itinerary (starting at 6/8 years) at the Adventure Park at Termignon.

 Mountain biking
• 17 very easy itineraries (green = 9) and easy itineraries (blue = 8) for family outings.
• New! Mountain bike school at Val Cenis, loupiot bikes for 4-8 year olds (to learn the basics of bike riding and how to do without training wheels).
• Special mountain bike hikes for children (7 and older)
• Mountain bike rental at Termignon, Val Cenis Lanselvillard, Bessans

 Inline skating
• Haute Maurienne Vanoise inline roller stadium at Bessans, Glières Recreational Park at Val Cenis Lanslevillard.
• Inline skate rental at Val Cenis and Bessans.

 Riding: promenade by pony and horse by the hour or half-day at Termignon and Bramans.

 Sled dogs: visit to the "Nordic Farm" with discovery of the different canine races and a maximum amount of petting.

 Canyoning at Bonneval sur Arc: supervised outings with material included, starting at 10 years.

 Fishing: artificial lakes at Sollières-Sardières and at Bessans.

 Swimming
