Discover edelweiss
Called "lion's foot" or "star of the glaciers," it is one of the emblematic mountain flowers; it is said to grow at the height of eagles!
Generally from 5 to 20 centimeters tall, the flower features a white woolly down on its leaves and blossoms. You can admire it during its time of flowering, from June to September. The edelweiss is a protected species.
